    • De La Salle’s Br. Eamon Gavin: honored by Illinois Athletic Directors Association as one of its 2007 Class AA “Friends of Athletics” State Award recipients. Each of seven divisions in the state was allowed to nominate one person. He was also Catholic League Man of the Year 2005 at his alma mater De La Salle Institute.
