Auxiliary Bishops Manz (left) and Kane (right) joined Bishop Raymond Goedert for a prayer service during visitation for Bishop Lyne at Holy Name Cathedral on Sept. 29. Bishop Lyne passed away at the rectory named in his honor at Holy Name Cathedral on Sept. 25. He was 94 years of age, a priest of the Archdiocese of Chicago for 70 years and an auxiliary bishop for 30 years.
