Approximately 1,500 participants met for Parish Leadership/Evangelization Day at Maria High School, 6727 South California Ave., on Feb.7. Participants chose from more than 90 workshops on topics such as mission, evangelization, parish council training, worship and service presented in English, Spanish and Polish by experienced and renowned leaders. Parish Leadership Evangelization Day was sponsored by the Archdiocesan Office for Councils and the Office for Evangelization.
