Ricardo Rodriguez and Alan Rangel, students at St. Martin de Porres High School, Waukegan Ill, watch live coverage of the inauguration during an all-school assembly to celebrate the birthday of Martin Luther King and the inauguration of Barack Obama as the 44th president of the United States on Jan. 20. Before and after the assembly, students attended workshops, each one dealing in some way with the theme of the day: " YES WE CAN- Make a difference in our world " .
