Katelyn Moroney, Susana Mendoza, Kayce Crone, Marion Jones, Dinorah Pereda and Cathy Rukarine, members of Regnum Christi, joined Cardinal George as he gathered with members of lay ecclesial movements for a prayer service and talk at Holy Name Cathedral on Sept. 2. Lay movements are groups in the Catholic Church that follow particular charisms, or areas of spirituality, and include single and married people from all walks of life. At least a dozen lay movements are active in the Archdiocese of Chicago.
