St. Nicholas of Tolentine starts school year in style

St. Nicholas of Tolentine (3741 W. 62nd St,) kicked off its 2016/17 school year with a red carpet event. Teachers arrived in a stretch limo and joined students in walking the red carpet into the school. They received a blessing from the pastor before Jim Rigg, superintendent ran the ceremonial bell signaling the start of classes.

The school welcomed back returning students by laying out a red carpet at the entrance and teachers arrived in a long stretch limosuine to add to the fun of the first day.
