Ivette Contreras portrays an angel and Yazmin Diaz and Xavier Diaz portray Mary and Joseph during a Christmastime posada through the streets of Chicago Dec. 19. All three are from St. Gall Parish, 5511 S. Sawyer Ave. Catholic advocates for immigrants held the traditional reenactment of Mary and Joseph's search for shelter to give thanks for recent immigration reform relief and to pray for more reforms of the U.S. immigration system.
