Joe Perez cooks up fish the old fashioned way to satisfy patrons of the parish fish fry on March 14. St. Michael the Archangel Church, 8231 S. South Shore Drive, serves four kinds of fish: walleye, lake perch, whitefish and catfish as well as a shrimp dinner for eat-in or carry-out.
