Bishop-designate Thomas Paprocki, the Cardinal's Liaison to Polonia, and Vicar for Vicariate IV, points to a symbol on his crosier representing when he was pastor at St. Constance Parish during a farewell Mass hosted by the Polish community honoring the exiting bishop on May 17 at St. Constance. Bishop Paprocki will be installed as the new bishop for the Diocese of Springfield June 22.
