Cardinal George presided at the second of five rite of election liturgies at the Shrine Chapel of St. Rita High School, 7740 S. Western Ave., on March 1. The rites are for those preparing to receive the sacraments of baptism, Eucharist and confirmation during Easter Vigil (Holy Saturday) services in their local parishes.
