Pet Blessing at St. Ann Parish

Pets were blessed on Oct. 1 in celebration of the feast of St. Francis of Assisi at St. Ann Parish in Lansing. St. Francis is the patron saint of animals and the environment. Parishes around the archdiocese hold pet blessings around the feast day on Oct. 4.
