Parishioner Paulino Castro venerates the relics of six Knights of Columbus Mexican Martyrs at Church of the Holy Spirit in Schaumburg on Sept. 17. These knights are part of the 25 Mexican Martyrs who died of religious persecution and were canonized in 2000 by Pope John Paul II. The relics traveled around the archdiocese during the month of September.
