A devotional Mass for St. Peregrine was held at Our Lady of Sorrows Basilica on Oct. 17. Our Lady of Sorrows is also the National Shrine of St. Peregrine, the patron of those suffering from cancer, and a devotional Mass and blessing is celebrated every second and third Saturday at 11 a.m.
Servite Father Christopher Krymski, pastor of Our Lady of Sorrows Basilica, holds a relic of St. Peregrine while Elvira Medina and her grandaughter Viviana Rodriguez approach to venerate it Oct. 17 at a Mass for St. Peregrine.
